Fidel Castro out of power

The leader of Cuba's Communist Party (the country recently celebrated this botched U.S. military operation) has resigned. While Fidel Castro (watch a video to learn about his life) will no longer hold a position in the party, his younger brother and current president of Cuba, Raul Castro (see what changes he wants for government officials), will take over the position as first secretary of the Communist Party.
